Set on the main thoroughfare to Edinburgh Castle, this site on Castlehill benefits from high footfall all year round. Acquired in 2022, it was completely refurbished and relaunched as Whippersnapper, an informal café, in summer 2026. Whippersnapper is proud to support Scottish producers, with ice cream from Milk and Honey, Machina Coffee and baked goods from Freedom Bakery
