Seeing the potential in this beautiful corner of Edinburgh’s West End, we acquired and developed a number of adjacent office and residential properties. Working in a Joint Venture with acclaimed Edinburgh residential developers Sundial, we created high quality residential accommodation at 12 Melville Crescent. Numbers 10 and 11 Melville Street were successfully sold off, after negotiating an extended lease at 10 and a new lease at 11. 44 Melville Street was refurbished on a floor-by-floor basis and relet to multiple tenants before being sold, while the office spaces at 18 Walker Street were developed and sold on. Currently tenanted by leading developers Square and Crescent, GSS Developments and architects Studio LBA.
